Housing & Dining Masterplan & New Residence Hall

Miami University’s main campus in Oxford is primarily residential with approximately 7,100 beds in 41 halls as well as seven dining halls. Our team provided a thorough assessment and evaluation of the current facilities and developed a master plan which anticipates future growth. The project execution phase for this 20-year master plan began design in 2010 with a total investment of approximately $400 million by Miami University.

Champlin Architecture, serving as Associate Architect, is working with CBT Architects out of Boston and Brailsford & Dunlavey to complete the 20-year Student Housing & Related Dining Master Plan and New Western Campus Residence Hall for Miami University.
