Champlin's Indy Office Is On The Move

Champlin Architecture opened its Indianapolis Office at the Stutz Business Center in 2014, expanding to the Stutz 2 in 2018. Continued Indiana growth in key market sectors of Healthcare, Higher Education, Workplace, and Civic, combined with a desire to further capitalize on the energy of the city drove the need for new space in the heart of downtown. After a lengthy search facilitated by Colliers Indianapolis, Champlin is pleased to announce it has executed a lease for the 7th floor of the Guaranty Building on the Circle! Targeted occupancy is December.

Champlin is also seeking talented architects and interior designers for the Indy Office with experience between 5 and 15 years in our key practice areas of Healthcare, Higher Education, Workplace, and Civic.
