City of Bloomington Service Center & Maintenance Facility

The design for a new Service Center & Maintenance Facility for the City of Bloomington, IN Utilities is underway in Bloomington, Indiana! The $44M new campus located at the decommissioned historic Winston Thomas filtration station provides nearly 30,000sf of office and 50,000sf of maintenance & support, including an environmental lab and three acres of secure yard. The project will pursue LEED Gold Certification, focusing on sustainable features incorporating bioswales, water reclamation, geothermal fields, solar lined roofs/canopies as well as interior biophilic design and daylighting strategies.
