Kelly Fink, Assoc. AIA

Kelly could be described as a determined and hard worker who sees his vision through. From his background in sculpture to his current efforts in staff development and mentorship, Kelly thrives in the creative process by finding the heart of the challenge, questioning everything, and breaking the mold. He finds his purpose in working directly with clients, hearing out their goals, and watching drawings become a reality through construction and punching. 

Kelly is experienced with a multitude of client and project types, including working with DECA on several large and complex projects. Currently a Project Manager, Kelly was promoted to Associate in 2022 and is looking forward to rocking the boat and pushing boundaries.
