As one of only two Historically Black College and Universities in the Commonwealth, Kentucky State University is securing its legacy by expanding student life facilities.
Champlin | EOP was selected to develop the 12,000 square foot student housing project. The new residence hall includes three room options from a one-bedroom single occupancy room for resident advisors to 2 - and 4-bedroom suites. The project provides dining for 300+ students, an expansive lobby, study lounges, offices/workrooms, recreational spaces and multipurpose classroom for a living-learning environment.
